Oncubic considers our clients' privacy a fundamental right. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of clients' personal information entrusted to us via methods including, but not limited to, traditional mail and electronic transmissions. Protecting the confidentiality of sensitive information while allowing our clients' needs to be served is of paramount importance.
Oncubic collects private and personal information via methods including, but not limited to, investor account applications and other forms on this website for the purposes of providing products and services as well methods including, but not limited to, forms and applications delivered to and received from clients via methods including, but not limited to, electronic and traditional mail.
Oncubic will not disclose any private, personal information about clients, former clients or those in the application stages of becoming a client to non-affiliated parties, except as directed and by a client as necessary in order to service a client account or as permitted by law. Your information is used by us or our service providers, which include but is not limited to Ameritrade and Wealth ADV, in ways including, but not limited to, completing transactions or account changes that you request or authorize. In the normal course of serving clients, information we collect may be shared with companies that perform various services for us, including, but not limited to, transfer agents, custodians, proxy solicitation firms, or printers, mailers, reports and newsletters that may assist us in the distribution of investor materials and in which our clients have previously authorized. The organizations that receive client information receive only the information necessary to carry out their assigned responsibilities and are authorized to use that information only for the services required. In addition, such organizations like Ameritrade and Wealth ADV are not permitted to share or use this information for any other purpose and are required to treat client information with the same high degree of confidentiality maintained by Oncubic.
Oncubic may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, such as responding to a subpoena or other legal process, or to protect accounts from fraud), or to resolve client disputes.
Oncubic does not sell or distribute client information to anyone.
Information We Collect
If you are an individual who has or is applying for an account with Oncubic, you typically provide personal information when you complete forms including, but not limited to, the Oncubic Investor Application and other forms required to open and maintain your account as well as forms authorizing Oncubic to transact within your custodial account on your behalf. This information may include your:
* Name and address including email address and phone numbers;
* Driver's License and Social Security or taxpayer identification numbers;
* Assets;
* Account balance;
* Investment activity; and
* Information captured on our website.
The information we collect and store during typical website usage includes your Internet protocol ("IP") address, the name and version of your Internet browser, your computer's operating system, the website that referred you to us, the pages you request and the date and time of those requests. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of customer visits. The collection of this data within our web logs does not capture or store personally identifiable information such as name and email address or any other personal and/or private information.
Access to clients' private personal information is restricted to employees and third parties hired to perform services for us who need to access such information to provide products or services including, but not limited to Ameritrade and Wealth ADV. A client's right to privacy extends to all forms of contact with us, including, but not limited to telephone, written correspondence via traditional mail and electronic media such as email or electronically transmitted forms via the Internet. In addition, we require third parties having access to your private personal information to treat it with the same high level of confidentiality maintained by Oncubic.
This privacy policy describes our privacy practices for current and former clients and those in the application stages of becoming a client. We may disclose private personal information about former clients to the same extent as for current clients and those in the application stages of becoming a client.
